This course is for you if singing has ever felt out of reach.

Maybe someone once told you that you couldn’t sing.
Maybe no one ever told you that you could.

Permission to Sing is a safe, calm space to explore your voice without judgement, without pressure, and without needing to get it right.

It’s a beginning. A gentle one.

This isn’t about performance.

It’s about presence, breath, healing, reconnection with yourself and with the voice that’s always been yours.

Over the following sessions, you’ll be guided through a relaxed, reflective journey to help you:

Let go of limiting beliefs about your voice
Reconnect with your body and breath as a source of sound
Learn calming tools to reduce anxiety and vocal tension
Explore your natural voice using gentle vocal sounds
Begin to feel safe, grounded, and curious about making sound again

Everything here is designed to feel manageable, supportive and spacious — no pressure, no comparison, just steady encouragement.

🗓 Course Overview

You’ll move through three modules at your own pace:

1. Reframing Your Story

Explore the past messages you’ve received about your voice and begin to release the ones that no longer serve you.

2. Breath, Body and Sound

Reconnect with your breath and body as the foundation of sound, using gentle movements and unpressured vocal exploration.

3. Starting to Sing

In this final step, you’ll begin to vocalise using pure, open vowel sounds, a calming, non-performative way to ease into singing without needing a tune or lyric. No pressure, just permission.
